Shipping Policy
We ship across Egypt using trusted third-party couriers. Below is what you can expect for delivery times and fees.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates within Egypt. Some remote areas may require additional time.
2. Delivery Times

Delivery times start from the day after the order is confirmed (by phone or WhatsApp). They are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays can happen.
3. Shipping Fees
Orders ≥ 1000 EGP qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in Egypt — no shipping fee is added at checkout. For orders under 1000 EGP, the shipping cost is not added to the cart; it is quoted and collected by the shipping company directly on delivery.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 4 PM on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
5. Cash on Delivery
You can pay the courier in cash on receipt. Please have the exact amount ready. The courier may not be able to provide change for very large notes.
6. Failed Deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order is returned to us. We will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may result in cancellation and, for COD orders, no charge.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please open it in front of the courier when possible and report any breakage immediately. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
8. International Shipping
At this time we ship only within Egypt.
